OPERATING THE TIMER
• Then it enters the on time setting mode and the
hour digit is flickering for several seconds.
• In the standby mode, you can set the timer, too.
• In case of setting the timer for the first time, press
this button briefly to enter the timer setting mode.
󰥒Notes:
• If the timer setting mode display disappears, start
again from the step 1.
• In the power saving mode, you cannot set the
timer.
• Then it enters the input setting mode and the input source
is flickering for several seconds.
󰥒Note :
• If the on time and the off time are the same, when the
ENTER button is pressed, the off time will not be set. In
this case, set the off time different from the on time.
• Then the minute digit is flickering for several seconds.
• Then it enters the off time setting mode and the hour digit is flickering for several seconds.
• Once the timer is set to on, it will operate at the preset time once or everyday.
󰥒Before setting the timer
• Make sure the clock has been set correctly. If not, when the TIMER button is pressed, "CLOCK ADJust" message is
displayed and it will enter the clock setting mode.
In this case, first set the clock performing "SETTING THE CLOCK" procedure on page 49.
󰥒Note :
• If the electricity fails or the AC input cord is unplugged, the current time and the timer setting will be cleared. Should this
happen, set the clock and the timer again.
1. Press the TIMER button for more than 2 seconds to enter the timer setting mode.
2. While flickering the hour digit, press the CURSOR UP/DOWN (▲/▼) buttons to set the hour for on time and
press the ENTER button.
3. While flickering the minute digit, press the CURSOR UP/DOWN (▲/▼) buttons to set the minute for on time
and press the ENTER button.
4. Repeat the above steps 2 and 3 to set the off time.
