11 MAINTENANCE
ATTEN T ION
During cleaning and maintenance with connected machine:
Property damage and serious injury from inadvertent switching on the
machine!
Therefore:
Switch the machine off and disconnect it from the power supply before any maintenance
works or cleaning is carried out
11.1 Replace the grinding wheel
CAUTION: Do not use in holding the grinding wheel suitable safety gloves.
 Remove the cover by removing the 4 screws.
 With an Allen wrench the nut can be unscrewed by holding the grinding wheel.
 Now, the grinding wheel can be removed.
 After placing the new grinding wheel (s), tighten the nut and screw on the cover.
CAUTION: Do not use grinding wheel with different specifications or changes in production! This
can lead to injuries. Service should be performed by a specialist.
