VORWORT (DE) 4 VORWORT (DE) Sehr geehrter Kunde! Diese Betriebsanleitung enthält Informationen und wichtige Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung des Band-Teller-Schleifers BT 1220TOP. Folgend wird die übliche Handelsbezeichnung des Geräts (siehe Deckblatt) in dieser Betriebsanleitung durch die Bezeichnung "Maschine" ersetzt. Die Betriebsanleitung ist Bestandteil der Maschine und darf nicht entfernt werden.
SICHERHEIT 5 SICHERHEIT 5.1 Bestimmungsmäßige Verwendung Die Maschine nur in technisch einwandfreiem Zustand sowie bestimmungsgemäß, sicherheits- und gefahrenbewusst benutzen! Störungen, welche die Sicherheit beeinträchtigen können, umgehend beseitigen lassen! Es ist generell untersagt, sicherheitstechnische Ausrüstungen der Maschine zu ändern oder unwirksam zu machen! Die Maschine ist ausschließlich für folgende Tätigkeiten bestimmt: Zum Schleifen von Holz und holzähnlichen Stoffen.
SICHERHEIT Arbeitsbereich und Boden rund um die Maschine sauber und frei von Öl, Fett und Materialresten halten! Für eine ausreichende Beleuchtung im Arbeitsbereich der Maschine sorgen! Arbeiten Sie in gut durchgelüfteten Räumen! Überlasten Sie die Maschine nicht! Achten Sie bei der Arbeit auf einen stets sicheren Stand. Halten Sie Ihre Hände während dem Betrieb vom Schleifmittel fern Bei Müdigkeit, Unkonzentriertheit bzw.
MONTAGE 5.3 Restrisiken WARNUNG Es ist darauf zu achten, dass jede Maschine Restrisiken aufweist. Bei der Ausführung sämtlicher Arbeiten (auch der einfachsten) ist größte Vorsicht geboten. Ein sicheres Arbeiten hängt von Ihnen ab! Auch bei Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsbestimmungen und bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung sind folgende Restrisiken zu beachten: Verletzungsgefahr für die Hände/Finger durch rotierendes Werkzeug während dem Betrieb.

BETRIEB 6.4.1 Montage am Bandschleifer Der Schleifer beinhaltet 2 Anschläge zum Arbeiten am Schleifband. Der schmale Anschlag wird direkt am Schleifbandrahmen angebracht und wird zum Schleifen von kleineren Stücken verwendet. Der große Anschlag wird am kleineren Anschlag angebracht und gibt eine größere Unterstützung beim Bearbeiten größerer Werkstücke. Hinweis: Die Teile sind ggf. bereits Vormontiert falls dies nicht der Fall wäre erfolgt die Montage wie folgt. 1.
BETRIEB 7.2 Einstellung 7.2.1 Schleifband Das Band (1) wurde bereits im Werk eingestellt. Es muss vorschriftsmäßig auf der Mitte der Rollen laufen. Wenn sich das Schleifband in Richtung der Scheibe bewegt, drehen Sie langsam den Einstellknopf im Uhrzeigersinn ca. 1/4 Umdrehung. -Wenn sich das Schleifband von der Scheibe weg bewegt, den Einstellknopf langsam gegen den Uhrzeigersinn ca. ¼ Umdrehung drehen. Wiederholen sie den Vorgang bis das Schleifband mittig läuft. 7.2.
7.3 Bedienung 7.3.1 EIN/AUS Zum Einschalten grünen Schalter („I‟) drücken. Zum Ausschalten roten Schalter („O‟) drücken. 7.3.2 Gehrungsanschlag Der Gehrungsanschlag kann auf dem Schleiftellertisch verwendet werden, der über einen Schlitz verfügt, in dem die Führungsschiene des Gehrungsanschlags passt.
WARTUNG 8 WARTUNG ACHTUNG Vor Wartungsarbeiten Maschine ausschalten und den Netzstecker ziehen! Sachschäden und schwere Verletzungen durch unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten der Maschine werden so vermieden! Die Maschine ist wartungsarm und enthält nur wenig Teile, die der Bediener einer Instandhaltung unterziehen muss. Störungen oder Defekte, die die Sicherheit der Maschine beeinträchtigen können, umgehend beseitigen lassen.
WARTUNG 8.4 Keilriemenwechsel Das Austauschen des Keilriemens erfordert, dass die Riemenabdeckung, die untere Bodenabdeckung und die gesamten Anbauteile an der Schleifscheibe entfernt werden, um Zugang zu den Antriebswellen und Riemenscheiben zu erhalten. 1. Entfernen Sie die Riemenabdeckung, indem Sie die beiden Sechskantschrauben abschrauben. 2. Entfernen Sie den kompletten Schleifscheibentisch 3.
FEHLERBEHEBUNG 8.5 Lagerung Schleifband des Bandschleifers entspannen. Lagern Sie die Maschine an einem trockenen, gut belüfteten Ort.Reinigung Nach jeder Inbetriebnahme muss die Maschine und alle ihre Teile gründlich gereinigt werden. Befreien Sie die Maschine regelmäßig nach der Arbeit von Spänen und Schleifstaub.

Following the usual commercial name of the device (see cover) is substituted in this manual with the name "machine". This manual is part of the product and shall not be stored separately from the product. Save it for later reference and if you let other people use the product, add this instruction manual to the product.
SAFETY 11 SAFETY 11.1 Intended Use The machine must only be used for its intended purpose! Any other use is deemed to be a case of misuse. The machine is used for: Sanding wood or wood-like materials. To use the machine properly you must also observe and follow all safety regulations, the assembly instructions, operating and maintenance instructions lay down in this manual.
SAFETY Keep your work area dry and tidy! An untidy work area may cause accidents. Avoid slippery floor. Make sure the work area is lighted sufficiently Do not overload the machine Provide good stability and keep balance all times Avoid abnormal working postures! Make sure you stand squarely and keep balance at all times. Keep away from the running abrasive! Always stay focused when working. Reduce distortion sources in your working environment.
ASSEMBLY 11.3 Remaining risk factors WARNING It is important to ensure that each machine has remaining risks. In the execution of all work (even the simplest) greatest attention is required. A safe working depends on you! Even if the machine is used as required it is still impossible to eliminate certain residual risk factors totally.
ASSEMBLY 12.2 Machine to stand The machine is supplied with 4 rubber feet, which can be mounted to protect the working surface. Tilt the sander up and slide the feet onto each of the four corners of the sander. Then fix the machine with the 4 screws (7) and washers (8) on both sides and nut (9) on the assembled stand. 12.3 Sanding table / fence 12.3.1 Assembly on Disc-Sander The metal Sanding Disc is pre-installed on the machine and also the sanding Abrasive Disc (Grain 80).
OPERATION 13 OPERATION Device to be operated in a perfect state only. Inspect the device visually every time it is to be used. Check in particular the safety equipment, electrical controls, electric cables and screwed connection for damage and if tightened properly. Replace any damaged parts before operating the device. 13.
ADJUSTMENTS 7. Re-tighten the disc table adjustment handle. 14.1.3 V-Belt Should the rotation of the sanding belt or disc slow down or stall, the cause may be that the V-belt is slipping on the two pulleys. This may be because the motor or frame have become loose from the base, or that the V-belt has stretched out due to the machine being used. In either case, re-adjustment of the V-belt is needed. 1.
ADJUSTMENTS 14.2 Operation 14.2.1 ON/OFF To turn the machine on, press “I” (green). To turn the machine off, press “O” (red). 14.2.2 Miter Gauge The Miter Gauge (#110) can be used on the disc table, which has a slot to fit the miter gauge’s bar. The miter gauge head can be set anywhere up to 45º (right or left) by loosening the lockknob, setting the miter gauge head to the desired angle, and retightening the lock-knob. 14.2.
MAINTENANCE 15 MAINTENANCE ATTENTION Don’t clean or do maintenance on the machine while it is still connected to the power supply: Damages to machine and injuries might occur due to unintended switching on of the machine! Therefore: Switch the machine off and disconnect it from the power supply be-fore any maintenance works or cleaning is carried out The machine does not require extensive maintenance. If malfunctions and defects occur, let it be serviced by trained persons only.
MAINTENANCE 15.3 Changing Sanding-Disc The sandpaper disc can be removed with the table installed, or with the table removed to give more working access to the disc, if needed. 1. Peel the used abrasive disc from the metal sanding disc plate. A putty knife may help in this process. 2. Make sure that the disc plate is clean of any residue. Mineral spirits will soften the PSA adhesives for its removal. Rotate the disc by hand may be necessary to get access to all of the disc surface. 3.
MAINTENANCE 15.4 Changing V-Belt NOTE: Replacing the V-Belt requires that the Belt Cover, bottom Base Cover, and whole Sanding Disc Assembly be removed in order to gain access to the drive shafts and pulleys. 1. Remove the Belt Cover (Part #39) by unscrewing the two hex head Screws (#112). 2. Remove the complete Sanding Disc Table Assembly from the Disc Frame. NOTE: Reverse the assembly steps for installing the Sanding Disc Table. 3.
TROUBLE SHOOTING 15.6 Cleaning After each workshift the machine has to be cleaned. Remove chips etc. with a suitable tool. Do not remove them by hand (cutting injury!). Remove dust as well. NOTICE The usage of certain solutions containing ingredients damaging metal surfaces as well as the use of scrubbing agents will damage the machine surface! Clean the machine surface with a wet cloth soaked in a mild solution 15.7 Disposal Do not dispose the machine in residual waste.

SÉCURITÉ 18 SÉCURITÉ 18.1 Utilisation correcte La machine ne doit être utilisée uniquement pour son usage prévu ! Toute autre utilisation sera considérée comme une utilisation abusive. La machine est prévue pour : Le ponçage du bois et/ou matériaux similaires. Pour un usage correct de la machine, vous devez observer et suivre les règles de sécurité, les instructions de montage, l’utilisation et l’entretient présent dans ce manuel.
SÉCURITÉ 18.
SÉCURITÉ La prise électrique doit strictement correspondre avec la fiche. Ne jamais utiliser d’adaptateur avec des machines qui nécessite un raccordement électrique avec mise à la terre. Chaque fois que vous travaillez avec une machine à commande électrique, la prudence est conseillée ! Il y a un risque de choc électrique, d’incendie et blessures de coupe. Protéger la machine contre l'humidité (risque de court-circuit).
ASSEMBLAGE 19 ASSEMBLAGE 19.1 Assemblage du support (socle) Reliez les différentes parties du socle avec les vis fournies, voir la vue éclatée. Spècif. FONCTIONNEMENT 19.3.1 Montage sur ponceuse à bande La ponceuse comprend 2 butées à utiliser avec la bande abrasive. La petite butée/plaque (pièce n°56) se fixe directement sur le cadre de la bande de ponçage (n° 52) et sert à soutenir les petits articles à poncer. La plus grande butée/plaque (n° 55) se fixe sur la petite clôture. Il donne une plus grande surface de support pour le ponçage de grandes pièces. NOTE: Ces pièces peuvent être pré-assemblées au moment de la livraison.
FONCTIONNEMENT Vérifier avant de commencer le travail: Câble et fiche électrique La table et la barrière de sécurité doivent être bien ajustées Le parcours libre et centré de la bande abrasive et du disque Ponçage : Toujours utiliser les abrasifs appropriés et en parfait état. (Remplacez immédiatement les abrasifs usés !) Avec un abrasif en bon état, vous obtenez un bon résultat de ponçage. Ne pas exercer trop de pression sur l’abrasif de ponçage.
FONCTIONNEMENT qui s'étendent à partir de la surface de l'armoire. Ceux-ci se connectent au châssis du moteur et ajusteront la tension de la courroie trapézoïdale en faisant pivoter le moteur. 3. Desserrez les écrous de blocage puis faites pivoter les boulons de manière à déplacer le châssis du moteur afin de mettre plus ou moins de tension sur la courroie trapézoïdale. 4.
FONCTIONNEMENT 20.3 Fonctionnement 20.3.1 Marche/Arrêt Pour mettre en marche la machine, presser le bouton vert « I ». Pour arrêter la machine, presser le bouton rouge « O ». 20.3.2 Guide d’onglet Le guide d´onglet (n° 110) peut être utilisée sur la table à disque, qui dispose d’une fente pour la barre de guide d´onglet.
ENTRETIEN 21 ENTRETIEN ATTENTION Ne jamais nettoyer ou faire l'entretien sur la machine lorsqu’encore connecté à l'alimentation électrique : Des dommages sur la machine ainsi que des blessures peuvent se produire en raison de commutation involontaire sur la machine ! Par conséquent : Mettre la machine hors tension et la débrancher de l'alimentation électrique avant tout travaux d'entretien ou de nettoyage. La machine nécessite peu d’entretien.
ENTRETIEN 21.3 Changement du disque abrasif Le disque abrasif peut être retiré avec la table installée ou avec la table retirée pour permettre un meilleur accès au disque, si nécessaire. 1. Décollez le disque abrasif usagé de la plaque du disque de ponçage métallique. Un couteau à mastic peut aider dans ce processus. 2. Assurez-vous que la plaque du disque est libre de tout résidu. Les essences minérales vont ramollir les adhésifs PSA.
DÉPANNAGE 21.5 21.6 Stockage Détendez la bande abrasive de la ponceuse à bande. Rangez la machine dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Nettoyage Après chaque utilisation, la machine doit être nettoyée. Retirer copeaux,… avec un outil approprié et pas avec les mains (risque de coupe). Nettoyer aussi de la poussière.

SICUREZZA 24 SICUREZZA 24.
SICUREZZA Tenere l'area di lavoro e il pavimento attorno alla macchina puliti e privi di olio, grasso e residui di materiale! Fornire un'illuminazione sufficiente nell'area di lavoro della macchina! Lavorare in ambienti ben aerati! Non sovraccaricare la macchina! Fare attenzione ad assumere sempre una posizione sicura durante il lavoro.
MONTAGGIO 24.3 Rischi Residui AVVERTENZA Occorre tenere presente che ogni macchina presente dei rischi residui. Quando si esegue qualsiasi lavoro (anche i più semplici) prestare la massima attenzione. La sicurezza nel lavoro dipende da voi! Anche rispettando tutte le norme di sicurezza e con un uso conforme previsto occorre fare attenzione ai seguenti rischi residui: Pericolo di lesioni per mani/dita durante l'uso dovute all'utensile in rotazione.

USO 25.4.1 Montaggio su levigatrice a nastro La levigatrice comprende 2 finecorsa per lavorare sul nastro abrasivo. Lo finecorsa stretto è fissato direttamente al telaio del nastro abrasivo e viene utilizzato per la levigatura di pezzi più piccoli. Il finecorsa grande è attaccato al finecorsa più piccolo e fornisce un maggiore supporto quando si lavorano pezzi più grandi. Avvertenza: Le parti possono essere già preassemblate; se così non fosse, il montaggio è il seguente. 1.
USO 26.2 Regolazione 26.2.1 Nastro abrasivo Il nastro (1) è già regolato di fabbrica. Deve scorrere in centro al rullo, come prescritto. Quando il nastro abrasivo si muove verso il disco, ruotare lentamente la manopola di regolazione in senso orario di circa 1/4 di giro. -Quando il nastro abrasivo si allontana dal disco, ruotare lentamente la manopola di regolazione in senso anti-orario di circa ¼ di giro. Ripetere il processo finchè il nastro abrasivo scorre centralmente. 26.2.
26.3 Uso 26.3.1 ON/OFF Per accendere, premere l’interruttore verde („I“). Per lo spegnimento, premere l'interruttore rosso ("O"). 26.3.2 Arresto per tagli obliqui L’arresto per tagli obliqui può essere utilizzato sul piano di rettifica, che è munito di apposita fessura in cui inserirlo.
MANUTENZIONE 27 MANUTENZIONE ATTENZIONE Prima di effettuare lavori di manutenzione spegnere la macchina e scollegare il cavo di alimentazione! Potenziali danni materiali e lesioni gravi dovute all'accensione accidentale della macchina! La macchina richiede pochissima manutenzione e contiene solo poche parti che devono essere soggette a manutenzione. Anomalie o difetti che possono pregiudicare la sicurezza della macchina, devono essere eliminati immediatamente.
MANUTENZIONE 27.4 Sostituzione della cinghia trapezoidale La sostituzione della cinghia trapezoidale richiede la rimozione del coperchio della cinghia, della copertura della base inferiore e di tutte le parti annesse alla mola per accedere agli alberi di trasmissione e alle pulegge. 1. Rimuovere il coperchio della cinghia svitando le due viti esagonali. 2. Rimuovere il piano completo della mola 3.
RIMEDI IN CASO DI ANOMALIE 27.5 Stoccaggio Allentare il nastro abrasivo del levigatore a nastro. Conservare la macchina in un luogo asciutto e ben aerato. Pulizia Dopo ogni messa in servizio la macchina e tutte le componenti devono essere pulite a fondo. Liberare la macchina da trucioli e polvere di levigatura con regolarità una volta terminato il lavoro.
