VORWORT (DE) 4 VORWORT (DE) Sehr geehrter Kunde! Diese Betriebsanleitung enthält Informationen und wichtige Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung des Universal Maschinen Ständers USK2760. Folgend wird die übliche Handelsbezeichnung des Geräts (siehe Deckblatt) in dieser Betriebsanleitung durch die Bezeichnung "Maschine" ersetzt. Die Betriebsanleitung ist Bestandteil der Maschine und darf nicht entfernt werden.
SICHERHEIT 5 SICHERHEIT 5.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Die Maschine nur in technisch einwandfreiem Zustand sowie bestimmungsgemäß, sicherheitsund gefahrenbewusst benutzen! Störungen, welche die Sicherheit beeinträchtigen können, umgehend beseitigen lassen! Es ist generell untersagt, sicherheitstechnische Ausrüstungen der Maschine zu ändern oder unwirksam zu machen! Die Maschine ist ausschließlich für folgende Tätigkeiten bestimmt: Befestigung von Maschinen wie z.B..: Kappsägen Holzbearbeitung.

MONTAGE 5.4 Restrisiken WARNUNG Es ist darauf zu achten, dass jede Maschine Restrisiken aufweist. Bei der Ausführung sämtlicher Arbeiten (auch der einfachsten) ist größte Vorsicht geboten. Ein sicheres Arbeiten hängt von Ihnen ab! Auch bei Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsbestimmungen und bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung sind folgende Restrisiken zu beachten: Verletzungsgefahr durch Kontakt mit spannungsführenden Bauteilen.
BEDIENUNG 7 BEDIENUNG 7.1 Maschinen und Werkzeuge auf den Trägern montieren Montieren Sie das Werkzeug (z.B. Kappsäge) in den Längsschlitzen der Trägerrollen. Sie können nun vorübergehend das Werkzeug mit Trägern gemeinsam von der USK 2760 nehmen, eine Demontage ist nicht nötig. 7.2 Unterstützungsrollen Sie könne die Unterstützungsrollen verwenden als Unterlage links & rechts beim Bearbeiten von sehr breiten Werkstücken als zusätzliche Werkstückunterstützung, wie z.B.
VERWENDUNGSVORSCHLÄGE 8 VERWENDUNGSVORSCHLÄGE 9 WARTUNG, ENTSORGUNG Störungen oder Defekte, die die Sicherheit beim Arbeiten beeinträchtigen können, umgehend beseitigen lassen. Reparaturen an den Schaltern bzw. an der Elektrik im Allgemeinen dürfen nur von Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden! Die vollständige und gänzliche Reinigung garantiert eine lange Lebensdauer der Maschine und stellt eine Sicherheitsvoraussetzung dar. Verwenden Sie ausschließlich milde Reinigungsmittel, d.h.
PREFACE (EN) 11 PREFACE (EN) Dear Customer! This manual contains information and important instructions for the installation and correct use of the universal machine stand USK 2760. Following the usual commercial name of the device (see cover) is substituted in this manual with the name "machine". This manual is part of the product and shall not be stored separately from the product. Save it for later reference and if you let other people use the product, add this instruction manual to the product.
SAFETY 12 SAFETY 12.1 Intended Use The machine must only be used for its intended purpose! Any other use is deemed to be a case of misuse. To use the machine properly you must also observe and follow all safety regulations, the assembly instructions, operating and maintenance instructions lay down in this manual. All people who use and service the machine have to be acquainted with this manual and must be informed about the machine's potential hazards.
SAFETY The locally applicable laws and regulations may specify the minimum age of the operator and limit the use of this machine! To avoid malfunction, machine defects and injuries, read the following security instructions! Read the manual carefully and get familiar with all components before operating the machine for the first time. This manual contains important information for correct operation of the machine.
ASSEMBLY 13 ASSEMBLY The USK 2760 is mostly assembled, you only need to attach the handles, material supports and attachment arms as follow. Setting up the machine by simply pressing leg-locking buttons and folding out the legs as shown (FIG.1). Put the material support arms on each side of the USK. Assemble the attachment arms on the table bed. Press the lever (see FIG.2) and position the arm sidewards on the bed (see FIG.3), then press the arm flat on the bed (see FIG.4) and let the lever out.
OPERATION 14 OPERATION 14.1 Assemble machine and tools on the carrier Assemble the machine (e.g. miter saw) in the longitudinal grooves of the attachment arms. Now you can easily replace the machine including the attachment arms from the USK 14.2 Material support Usage oft the material support as. Support rolls for long workpieces (max lenght 2760mm) Stop for cutting of the same workpiece lengths 14.3 Clamping table A clamping table is part of the delivery content.
POSSIBLE APPLICATIONS 15 POSSIBLE APPLICATIONS 16 MAINTAINANCE Faults or defects which may impair the safety of the work can be remedied immediately. Repairs at the switches or electrics in general may only be carried out by qualified personnel! The complete and thorough cleaning guarantees a long service life of the machine and is a safety requirement. Use only mild detergents, i.e. no petrol, petroleum, soda etc...
