PRE-INSTALL NOTICE DOOR THICKNESS Make sure the door you use is within the thickness of 1-3/8” ~ 1-3/4”. Consider getting different size hex bolts for the rollers when it falls out of the door thickness range since the one provided in the box may only fit the range above. You can search “hex bolt” on our website and select the size and color according to the size chart in the description of the hex bolt.
DT= Door Thickness Check your door thickness. REMINDER: For this hardware kit the max door thickness is 1 3/4”. DT STEP 1 CEILING 1-3/8” 2-3/8” 2-3/8” WALL 3 2 1 Make sure you have ceiling studs for this setup! Use a leveler to make sure your ceiling is levelled. Draw 3 lines on the ceiling parallel to the wall. Line 1 is 2 3/8” away from the wall and Line 2 is 2 3/8” away from line 1. Line 3 is 1 3/8”.
STEP 3 Parts Needed Spacer Connector (1) Bracket Connector (1) Long Bracket (1) Short Bracket (1) NOTICE Flip the bracket upside down on a flat surface to match the connecting holes. If the connecting holes are not matching flip the short bracket upside down. Find the Parts needed in the Ceiling Mount Bracket and the Ceiling Mount Bypass Bracket. Install all the brackets like the diagram on the left. Do this to all the brackets provided.
STEP 6 Install the door stoppers on each end of the track. Like the diagram with hex wrench. Turn clockwise STEP 7 This door stopper is adjustable. You can change up the position however you like by just sliding it on the track and tightening it where you need it to be. It slides over all lag bolt head making it easy to install. Route a slot that is 1/4” wide and 13/16” deep at the bottom of the door for all three doors.
