Homax® PRO Wall Texture is an ultra-fast
drying oil-based orange peel/ splatter drywall
texture designed with the handyman, painter
or contractor in mind. Our PRO-SIZE can
applies more coverage and dries in under 30
minutes allowing the user to complete the job
fast- saving time and money.
VENTILATE AREA WELL. NIOSH APPROVED
RESPIRATOR OR EQUIVALENT
RECOMMENDED. PROTECT SURROUNDING
AREA FROM OVERSPRAY. DO NOT SPRAY ON
CLOTHING, FURNITURE OR CARPET.
• Oil-based, use paint thinner for clean up.
• Sprays best between 68˚ F and 72˚ F
• For an even FINER texture run can
under warm water.

NECESSARY WALL REPAIRS BEFORE
APPLYING. FOR BEST RESULTS,
PRIME/SEAL AREA BEFORE AND
AFTER APPLYING TEXTURE.
*Always practice spraying on
cardboard or scrap drywall to
determine preferred pattern.
1. Shake can vigorously for one minute.
2. Twist off safety tab from nozzle.
3. Pointing away from face, turn
dial to desired pattern:
-CLOCKWISE for FINE.
-STRAIGHT UP for MEDIUM.
-COUNTER CLOCKWISE for HEAVY.

SPRAY at a distance of 24”-36”
from wall using a circular, or
quick sweeping motion. Apply in
random pattern, covering only
80-90% of surface. Shake can
occasionally throughout use.
5. To store, clear nozzle by
turning can upside down and
spraying until texture is cleared.
DRY TIME: Allow to dry 5-30
minutes before priming and painting.
Heavier textures require longer dry time.

Contains Nepheline Syenite, Calcium Silicate, Toluene,
Acetone, Xylene, Aluminum Silicate, Titanium Dioxide,
Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer, Ethylbenzene and
Propane/Isobutane blend (propellant). Vapors may
cause flash fire. Keep away from heat, sparks and
flame. Extinguish all flames and sources of ignition
during use and until all vapors are gone. Prevent
build-up of vapors by opening all windows and doors to
achieve cross-ventilation. May affect the brain or
nervous system causing dizziness, headache or nausea.
NOTICE: Reports have associated repeated and
prolonged occupational overexposure to solvents with
permanent brain and nervous system damage.
Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and
inhaling the contents may be harmful or fatal. Store
upright in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to
sunlight and other heat sources that may cause
bursting. Do not puncture, incinerate, burn or store
above 120°F. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid
breathing vapor and spray mist. Avoid contact with eyes
and skin. Wear safety glasses or goggles and
gloves.
FIRST AID: If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Get
medical attention immediately. For eye contact, flush
thoroughly with water for 15 minutes and get
medical attention. For skin contact, wash thoroughly
with soap and water. If inhaled, remove person to
fresh air. If breathing does not improve, get medical
attention. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

La textura en aerosol Homax® PROFESIONAL es una
textura de secado ultra rápido, a partir de aceite, para
aplicar sobre paredes de yeso con acabados de
salpicadura o piel de naranja, ha sido diseñada
teniendo en mente a los trabajadores de
mantenimiento, pintores y constructores. Nuestra lata
TAMAÑO PROFESIONAL permite una mayor área de
aplicación y un secado en 30 minutos, los cuales le
permiten al usuario terminar el trabajo de manera muy
rápida, ahorrando tiempo y dinero.
VENTILE BIEN EL ÁREA. SE RECOMIENDA UTILIZAR UN
RESPIRADOR APROBADO POR EL INSTITUTO NACIONAL
DE SALUD Y SEGURIDAD OCUPACIONAL (NIOSH, POR SUS
SIGLAS EN INGLÉS) O UNO EQUIVALENTE. PROTEJA LAS
ZONAS CIRCUNDANTES DEL ROCIADO EXCESIVO. NO
ROCÍE EN LA ROPA, LOS MUEBLES O LA ALFOMBRA
• La textura es a base de aceite, utilice diluyente de
pintura para la limpieza.
• El producto se aplica mejor a temperatura ambiente. Si
la presión es muy baja, coloque la lata en agua
tibia, si es demasiado alta, colóquela en agua fría.
• Para lograr una textura de cáscara de naranja MÁS
FINA, caliente la lata colocándola bajo agua tibia
durante 2 minutos.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO: ANTES DE LA APLICACIÓN,
REPARE LA PARED SEGÚN SEA NECESARIO. PARA
OBTENER MEJORES RESULTADOS, APLIQUE PINTURA
BASE O SELLE EL ÁREA ANTES Y DESPUÉS DE
APLICAR LA TEXTURA.
*Siempre practique el rociado en cartón o un
fragmento de panel de yeso para determinar la
modalidad que prefiere.
1. Agite la lata vigorosamente durante un minuto
antes de usarla.
2. Quite la lengüeta de seguridad de la boquilla.
3. Reproduzca la modalidad existente. Aparte la
boquilla de la cara y regule el selector a la
modalidad deseada:
-EN DIRECCIÓN DE LAS MANECILLAS DEL
RELOJ para la posición de FINA.
-RECTA para la posición de MEDIA.
-EN DIRECCIÓN CONTRARIA A LAS
MANECILLAS DEL RELOJ para la posición de
ROCIADO GRUESO.
4. ROCÍE a una distancia de 60,96 cm a 91,44
cm de la pared con un movimiento circular o
de barrido rápido. Aplique usando una
modalidad aleatoria que cubra solo el 80-90%
de la superficie. Agite la lata de vez en cuando
mientras la use.
5. Para almacenarla, coloque la lata de manera
invertida y rocíe hasta que no quede rastro de
textura para limpiar la boquilla.
TIEMPO DE SECADO: Deje que seque 5 a 30
minutos antes de pintar. Las texturas más
espesas requieren un tiempo de secado prolongado.
