Troubleshooting PROBLEM Switches do not work. ROOT CAUSE Defective Switch, broken, no longer toggles, loose. CORRECTIVE ACTION Contact customer service to replace the switch(s). Blower is very noisy when flames are off. Heater Blower Motor. Blows cold air. Contact customer service to replace the heater/blower assembly. Blower runs but does not produce heat. Blower does not come on at all. Heater does not turn on. Manual reset needed.
