AREA RUG PAD WARRANTY
Oriental Weavers USA, Inc. area rug pad products are of the finest quality, and as such, we guarantee
our area rug pads will maintain their non-slip properties and performance characteristics for the life of
the warranty. If these products fail to perform due to poor workmanship or manufacturing defect within
the period of time set forth below, Oriental Weavers will repair or replace the pad at no charge.
In addition, Oriental Weavers USA, Inc. warrants that our products may be used on all standard indoor
flooring surfaces and finishes without chemically marring such floors when used according to
surface/finish manufacturers’ specifications.
While we are confident Oriental Weavers USA, Inc. rug pads will perform as warranted, should a problem
arise, please contact our corporate office and provide a sample of the product claimed to have failed and
proof of purchase.
*We do NOT recommend ComfortGrip to be used in conjunction with radiant heat systems.*
All Oriental Weavers USA, Inc. area rug pads will maintain dimensional integrity and will not buckle due
to changes in temperature or humidity.
Wear or damage from tears, cuts, burns, pets, improper cleaning, improper use and not following flooring
or radiant heat system manufacturers’ recommendations and specifications is specifically excluded.
