Installation- Mounting options WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or personal injury, mount to outlet box marked “Acceptable for fan support of 35 lbs. (15.9 Kg) or less”, and use screws provided with the outlet box. An outlet box commonly used for the support of lighting fixtures may not be acceptable for fan support and may need to be replaced. If in doubt, consult a qualified electrician.
Installation 1 2 Preparing for mounting Insert the end of downrod (B) through the connector (PP), and align the two holes in the downrod (B) and the connector (PP). Insert a plug pin (GG) through the two holes in the downrod (B) and the connector (PP). Insert the R-shaped pin (HH) though the hole near the end of the plug pin (GG) until it snaps into its locked position. Install the screw (FF) to the connector (PP), and make sure it’s tight.
Installation (continued) 3 4 Hanging the fixture on the ceiling Install the ceiling mounting bracket (A) on the outlet box by using the washer and the mounting screws provided with the outlet box. Put the hanger ball (J) through the open side of the ceiling mounting bracket (A), and then insert the hanger ball (J) to the slot cut off in the ceiling mounting bracket (A). 8 Making the electrical connection The fan comes with 36 in.
Installation (continued) 5 6 Installing the canopy Push the receiver (M) and filter (O) into the ceiling mounting bracket (A). (See below detail) Align the locking slots of the canopy (C) with the two screws (FF) in the mounting bracket (A). Push up to engage the slots and to lock in place. Rotate the metal cover (D) clockwise to lock in the bottom of the canopy (C). Tighten the screws (LL) securely.
Operation REMOTE CONTROL Your fan is equipped with a remote control to operate the speed, direction, and light for your new ceiling fan. Speed setting for warm or cool weather depends on factors such as the room size, ceiling height, number of fans and so on. Warm weather – (Forward, push the reverse switch to left) A downward airflow creates a cooling effect. This allows you to set your air conditioner on a warmer setting without affecting your comfort.
Preparing the Remote Control IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER Please note that all fixed wiring appliances should be installed by a qualified electrician. The supply to the remote control receiver should be connected through a mains switch, i.e. existing wall switch. Disconnect from power supply at the wall switch before working on the remote control receiver or ceiling fan. Install the receiver into the ceiling fan canopy of the fan to ensure proper protection.

Installation 1 2 Préparation au montage Enfiler l’extrémité de la tige (B) dans le connecteur (PP) et aligner les deux trous de la tige (B) et du connecteur (PP). Enfiler la goupille-bouchon (GG) dans les deux trous de la tige (B) et du connecteur (PP). Enfiler la goupille en forme de R (HH) dans le trou près de l’extrémité de la goupille-bouchon (GG), jusqu’à ce qu’elle s’enclenche en position verrouillée. Monter la vis (FF) sur le connecteur (PP) et s’assurer qu’elle est bien serrée.
Installation (suite) 3 Suspension du luminaire au plafond 4 Monter le support de montage au plafond (A) sur la boîte de sortie à l’aide de la rondelle et des vis de fixation fournies avec la boîte de sortie. (Voir les détails ci-dessous) Aligner les fentes de verrouillage du couvercle (C) sur les deux vis (FF) du support de montage (A). Pousser vers le haut pour enclencher les fentes et verrouiller en place. Tourner le couvercle métallique (D) dans le sens horaire pour verrouiller le bas du couvercle (C). Resserrer les vis (LL) en toute sécurité.
Mode d’emploi TÉLÉCOMMANDE Le ventilateur est équipé d’une télécommande permettant de régler la vitesse, le sens de rotation et l’allumage des lampes. Le réglage de vitesse pour temps chaud ou frais dépend de facteurs tels que la taille de la pièce, la hauteur de plafond, le nombre de ventilateurs, etc. Temps chaud – (Marche avant, pousser le commutateur vers la gauche) Un flux d’air descendant a un effet refroidissant.
Préparation de la télécommande POINTS IMPORTANTS À NE PAS PERDRE DE VUE Noter que tous les appareils à câblage fixe doivent être installés par un électricien qualifié. Le récepteur de la télécommande doit être connecté par un interrupteur général, à savoir un interrupteur mural existant.
