Place the frame on its side. Tighten one side bottom tray (3) onto the frame (1). Then tighten the opposing side using 8 total machine screws (6) for this step.
Tighten the second bottom tray (3) using another 8 machine screws (6).
Tighten top tray (2) using 4 machine screws (6).
