LIMITED TERM WARRANTY
Should this product be defective in workmanship or materials or fail
under normal use, we will repair or replace it for up to one (1) year
from date of purchase. Every product is designed to meet your highest
expectations. We guarantee that you will immediately see the value of
our fine furniture.
EXCLUSIONS
Proper care and use are essential to preserving your rights under this
Warranty. This Warranty is void and/or does not apply for any of
the following reasons:
• Improper assembly, maintenance or use;
• The product is damaged by use of detergents, abrasives or other
harsh cleaning agents;
• The product exhibits excessive soiling, improper cleaning, abuse,
or where the fabric or leather has had some form of chemical
applied;
• The damage results from negligence, abuse, normal wear and
tear, or accidents including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs,
watermarks, indentions or pet damage.
