LIMITED WARRANTY
Polygroup Trading Limited garantiza que este producto no presentará
defectos materiales o de fabricación durante uno (1) año a partir de la
fecha original de compra de los á rboles. Esta Garantía Limitada se aplica
solamente al comprador inicial del producto. Se solicitará una prueba
de compra por medio de un recibo original del comercio donde se
adquirió el producto en caso de reclamación de garantía. NO SE
ACEPTARÁN RECLAMACIONES SIN LA PRUEBA DE COMPRA ORIGINAL.
Todas las reclamaciones hechas bajo esta Garantía Limitada se realizarán
contactando al Servicio al Cliente al teléfono que aparece más abajo.

pérdida de dinero, y daños en la propiedad). La Garantía Limitada es única
y exclusivamente para reparar y/o reemplazar el producto. En algunos
estados o jurisdicciones locales, no se permite la exclusión o limitación de
daños incidentales o colaterales, por tanto la limitación o exclusión arriba
mencionada puede no ser aplicable en su caso.

ou la limitation de dommages indirects ou collatéraux auquel cas les
limitations ou exclusions ci-dessus peuvent ne pas vous concerner.
Polygroup Trading Limited warrants this product against defects in
material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year for the Christmas
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of
purchase via an original store purchase receipt will be required should
any warranty claim be made. NO WARRANTY CLAIMS WILL BE
CONSIDERED WITHOUT ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE. All claims made
under this Limited Warranty shall be made by contacting Customer
Service at the telephone number shown below.
The Limited Warranty will be invalidated should the purchaser modify/
repair the product in anyway; use for commercial purposes; fail to follow
the Manufacturer’s instructions with regards to set-up and use, use of
improper electrical voltage/ systems/accessories, or in cases of other
consumer neglect. Vandalism, acts of God and other causes outside of
Polygroup’s control are not covered under this Limited Warranty.
In no event shall Polygroup, its Agents, Retail Customers, or Employees be
liable to the purchaser, or any other party, for direct or consequential
damages, (including, but not limited to, injury, loss of income, and
property damage). This Limited Warranty is limited solely to repair and/or
replacement of the product. Some states, or local jurisdictions do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
