LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY
Home Depot warrants its products to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date
of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship of furniture components.
Under this warranty, Home Depot will (at its sole option) repair or replace a defective furniture
component. As a condition of furnishing a replacement component claimed to be defective, Home
Depot may require independent confirmation of the claimed defect. Replacement parts will be
warranted for only the remaining period of the original Warranty. This Warranty does not cover the
cost of assembly or disassembly, transportation, labor, or any other incidental costs involved in the
removal of a defective part or the installation of the replacement part.
The exceptions or exclusions to this warranty are as follows:
Normal wear or deterioration of the Warranted Product;
Improper use of the Warranted Product by the user;
Damage caused by force majeure events, accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or failure to
follow usage directions;
Failure to provide Proof of Purchase of the Warranted Product showing the product is within the
Warranty Period.
If you have a problem with one of the Warranted Products, DO NOT SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK
TO THE STORE. For claims or questions concerning this warranty, contact our Customer Service

include a scanned copy of the Proof of Purchase to ensure a quick response. Be prepared to provide
your name, address, daytime phone number, the model and purchase order number of the product, date
of purchase, and the store where it was purchased.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state
to state (province to province).
