Limited Lifetime Warranty offered by Kenney Manufacturing Company
THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU
MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

AT WWW.KENNEY.COM/WARRANTY AND/OR IN THE DOCUMENTATION WE PROVIDE
WITH THIS PRODUCT.
The manufacturer, Kenney Manufacturing Company (“Kenney” or the “manufacturer”), warrants
to the original purchaser that Kenney’s aluminum shower rods will be free from red rust and
defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty only covers the proper and intended use of
this product. Any alteration of this product or use of this product in any manner other than its
intended use shall automatically void this warranty. Kenney extends this warranty only to the
consumer who originally purchases this product. It does not extend this warranty to any
subsequent owner or other transferee of this product.
In the event of a validated warranty claim relating to this product, the manufacturer will, at its
election and sole discretion, provide a replacement product or a substantially similar product.
This replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy, and Kenney’s entire liability, with respect to
any claim under this warranty relating to this product.
Under no circumstances will the manufacturer’s liability arising out of the sale or use of this
product exceed the purchase price of this product. KENNEY SHALL NOT UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OR USE OF THIS
PRODUCT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU.
To obtain warranty service, please call Kenney Manufacturing Customer Service at (800)753-
6639. No warranty claim will be processed without a copy of the receipt showing the retailer
name, purchase price, purchase date and photographs of the defective product. Kenney will pay
for shipping the replacement product to the original purchaser pursuant to any validated
warranty claim.
