TOOLS YOU NEED:

• Phillips Head Screwdriver

• Electrical Saw (Circular or Table)

• Tape measure or ruler

• Pencil

CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIFOLD DOOR

Instrucciones para cortar la puerta plegadiza

STEP ONE –

Remove the screws (4) from the bottom caps (4) of the bifold door using a Phillips head

screwdriver.

Quite los tornillos (4) de las tapas inferiores (4) de la puerta plegadiza con un destornillador en cruz.

STEP TWO –

Remove the bottom end caps from the bifold door.

Quite las tapas del extremo inferior de la puerta plegadiza.

STEP THREE –

Measure the amount (up to a maximum of 1 inch from the bottom) that needs to be cut, less

1/8" to allow for the width of the saw blade.

Mida la cantidad (1 pulg. máximo desde el extremo inferior) que necesita cortarse, menos 1/8 pulg. para el

ancho de la hoja de la sierra.

STEP FOUR –

Use a pencil, along with a straight edge ruler, to draw a line across the bifold door (from left to

right) to mark your cutting line. Make sure your drawn line is accurate.

STEP FIVE –

Use the electrical saw to cut along the drawn line. Make one continuous cut.

STEP SIX –

After the cut is made, place the bottom end caps (4) back into the bottom of the bifold door

(2 for each panel as they were originally placed at each end).

se instalaron originalmente en cada extremo).

STEP SEVEN –

Once the end caps are back in place, put the screws (4) back into the end caps and make sure

they are tightly in place.

STEP EIGHT –

Once that is completed, move on to the installation instructions.
