CSST Tube Cutter Blade Change Instructions
1. Expose the cutter wheel fully by twisting the knob at the base of the unit.
2. Carefully remove the retainer clip (commonly called a “C” clip). Wear eye protection when
removing as it may have a tendency to fly off.
3. Remove the pin and wheel/bearing assembly
4. Replace the old cutter wheel assembly. Should bearings become dislodged, gently slide them
back in place.
5. Reassemble in reverse order.
