IMPORTANT:
Residential Use
Residential Use is non- transferable.
The flooring is designed for use in a
home. The original purchaser owns
and resides in the home where the
product is installed.
Commercial Use
Commercial Use is non-transferable.
The flooring is designed for
installation in commercial settings:
schools, hospitals, publish buildings,
rental properties and institutions.
Limited Lifeme
Limited Lifeme means that the
warranty will apply as long as the
original purchaser owns and
resides in the home where the
product was installed.
Finish Wear Through
Finish Wear-Through means the
complete finish removal affecng
at least 10% of a total floor
installaon project due to
normal foot traffic.

LIMITED WARRANTIES
Home Legend, LLC flooring comes with Limited Residential or Commercial Wear Warranty. The
limited warranties apply to original purchaser of the flooring and are not transferable.
Home Legend, LLC warrants the flooring in its original manufactured condition to be free from
defects in material and workmanship including milling, assembly, dimension and grading.
When flooding is install, cared for, maintained and placed in service conditions per
manufacturer’s instructions, the warranties with be honored.
LIMITED LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY:
Syncore X flooring carries addional Limited Lifeme Structural Integrity Warranty. Home Legend,
LLC warrants “the cohesion between the composites or layers of the product” will remain intact
when installed, cared for, maintained and placed in service condions according to manufacturer’s
instrucons during service life of the product.
Vinyl les, although stable, may be vulnerable to light exposure causing them to appear darker or
lighter over me. Home Legend, LLC does not warrant against appearance changes in the planks.
Any sample, photos or models is for demonstrave purposes only and they do not create a
warranty of any kind that the goods you purchased shall conform thereto. Home Legend, LLC does
not warrant against variaons between samples, photos or models and the installed flooring.
THIS WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
• The flooring must be installed properly in accordance with the manufacturer’s installaon
instrucons and for its intended purpose as flooring.
• Uses other than its intended purpose is not covered by the warranty. Such uses
include, but not limited to, installaon on the ceilings, walls, boats, airplane, and
motor vehicles.
• Installaon requirements include, but not limited to, subfloor moisture content limits,
flatness, soundness and stability, product acclimaon.
• The flooring must be used indoors in dry, climate-controlled areas. This limited warranty does
not apply if the flooring is in in uncontrolled climate condions.
• The flooring must be maintained in accordance with the included care and maintenance
instrucons.
• This limited warranty applies only to defects which were not visible before or during
installaon of the flooring. If there is a visible defect in the flooring material, the flooring
material should not be installed, and should instead be returned as defecve material.
