Assembly Instructions 2/6 IMPORTANT * Do not tighten up all the screws until each part is properly assembled. * After assembly, item must be level to work properly. Use the included adjustable levelers to level. * Use a soft cloth between these parts and the floor. D E Figure 1 G F Figure 2 STEP 1 Attach Middle Panels (D) and (E) to Base (F), then flip the Locks. (See Figures 1 and 2) Attach Leg Support (G) to unit and tighten.

Assembly Instructions 3/6 STEP 3 Turn unit to its’ upright position. J Slide Back Panel (L), Back Strip (K) and Back Panel (J) into position. Insert Bolts for Back Panel into the pre-drilled holes of Back Panels (J) and (L). Adjustable Pin Insert Adjustable Pins into side panels and middle panels at the desired level.

Assembly Instructions 4/6 Attention! To help reduce the risk of the unit tipping over, the Tipover Restraint must be installed following these instructions exactly! Wall Screw Anchor in wall 3/8” wall hole Bracket on wall Wood Screw Place unit at desired location. Drill a 3/8” hole in wall at the appropriate location. Insert Anchor into the wall hole and attach Bracket with Wall Screw. Attach Bracket at pre-drilled hole at top of unit with Wood Screw.
