Assembly Instructions 2/6 IMPORTANT * Do not tighten up all screws until each part is properly assembled. * You should keep Hex Wrench in a safe place as you may need to tighten up the Head Cap Bolts in the future. * After assembly, item must be level to work properly. Use the included adjustable levelers to level. STEP 1 Flat Head Wood Screw Cam Lock Screw Attach Top (A1) to Top (A2) with Flat Head Wood Screws for Hinge.

Assembly Instructions 3/6 STEP 2 Attach Base (D) to Side Panel (M) With Flat Washers, Spring Washers and Head Cap Bolts. (see Figure 3) J Attach Back Panels (J) and Upright (K) to unit. Attach Back Stretcher (I) to unit with Cam Lock. (see Figure 4) D K I J M E Cam Lock Flat Washer Spring Washer Head Cap Bolt STEP 3 Attach Front Rail (F) and Middle Panel (E) to unit with Cam Locks.

Assembly Instructions 4/6 G Wood Screw (short) STEP 5 To level the unit, adjust the adjustable levelers on the bottom of unit. (see Figure 5) Note: Unit must be level to work properly. B After unit is level, attach 8x Wood Screws (short) to unit. C Attach 2x Magnet to front rails with Wood Screws (short). (see Figure 6) Magnet Wood Screw (short) Attach Back Turning (G) into the pre-drilled hole of unit and tighten.

Assembly Instructions 5/6 O 90 STEP 7 When Leaf Top is down, it should be oriented vertically. If it is not vertical and adjustment is desired, turn the back turning. (see Figure 9) Back Turning Figure 9 TOP EXTENSION INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 Lift up the Leaf Top. STEP 2 Holding the Leaf Top up, pull out a back leg from the unit; then pull out the other back leg. Note : Unit must be level in order for the back legs to be pulled out.

Assembly Instructions 6/6 Drawer L L1 L3 L4 L2 (Figure 1) STEP1 STEP 2 Attach L1 to L3 and L4, using a Phillips screwdriver and long wood screws (4X), tighten halfway. Slide L5 into the grooves in L3 and L4. Be sure to push L5 all the way forward so it meets L1. (See Figure 2) MAKE SURE ROLLER IS ON THE BACK Attach L2 to L3 and L4 using long wood screws (4X), tighten halfway.
