Assembly Instructions 2 /2 IMPORTANT * Please keep Hex Wrench and Key Wrench in a safe place as you may need to tighten up the Head Cap Bolts in the future. A STEP 1 Attach Seat (A) to Base (B) with Head Cap Bolts and Nuts. (See Figure 1) Tighten all Bolts with Hex Wrench and tighten all Nuts with Key Wrench.
