( Assembly Instructions 2/7 ) IMPORTANT « Use a soft cloth between these parts and the floor. « Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble. = Do not tighten all the screws until each part is properly assembled. « The unit must be elev! to work properly. Use the included adjustable levelers to level. STEP 1 Insert Cam Lock Screws into per-drilled holes in Top (A), Side Panels (B}, (C} and Bottom Rails (G), then tighten. STEP 2 Attach Bot torn (H) to Bottom Rails (G) with Dowels and Cam Locks.
( Assembly Instructions 3/7 ) STEP Arrow labs pointing to front Orientate Front Rail (E) with Arrow label pointing to front of unit, then attach unit, Front Rails (D), {E} and Back Panel {F) to Side Panels (B} and {C) with Dowels and Cam Locks. Cam Lock 1" Round Head Screw: Attach Top (A) to unit with Cam Locks and 1" Round Head Screws. STEP 5 Turn unit to its upright position. Level unit by adjusting the adjustable Figure 2 levelers on bottom of unit.
( Assembly Instructions 4/7 IMPORTANT « To help reduce the risk of the unit tipping over, the Tip over Restraint must be installed following these instructions exactly. STEP 6 Place unit at desired location. Mark wall with pencil just above and in-line with hole in Top (A). {See Figure 3) Move unit. Drill a 3/8” hole in wall 2" below mark. Insert Anchor into the wall hole and attach Tip over Restraint to Anchor with 1 1/2" Round Head Screw and Flat Washer.
( Assembly Instructions 5/7 ) Drawer (1) /\ S STEP 7 Roller at back 3 \ Attach Drawer Side {13) to Drawer "y Flat Head Screw Front (/1) and Drawer Back (12) with 1 1/4" Flat Head Screws. STEP 8 Insert Drawer Bottom (15) 11/4" Fiat Head into groove. Attach Drawer Side (14) to unit with 1 1/4" Flat Head Screws. STEP ¢ Attach Handle with Machine Screws. Note: Drawer assembly is not complete until 3/4” Flat Head Screws are used in a later step.
( Assembly Instructions 6/7 ) STEP 10 Loosen slightly screws per-installed on back of drawer front. STEP 11 Insert drawer into unit, then adjust drawer front panel left or right and up or down until drawer gaps look proportional. STEP 12 Pull drawer open slowly, then re-tighten screws from Step 10. Make sure drawer fret panel do not move and lock drawer front panel into position with 3/4" Flat Head Screws. Note: These 3/4" Flat Head Screws must be installed to complete the drawer assembly.
