Use the included adjustable levelers to level. STEP 1 Insert Cam Lock Screws into per-drilled holes in Top (A), Side Panels (B), (C}, Back Panel (H) and Bottom (F), then tighten. STEP 2 Assemble Back Panels (G) and (H) with Cam locks.
Assembly Instructions 3/10 STEP 3 Orientate Front Rails {D} and (E) with Arrow label at front, then attach Front Rails (D}, (B) and unit to Side Panel (B) with Cam Locks. Arrow label at front STEP 4 Attach Side Panel (C) to unit with Can Locks.
( Assembly Instructions 4/10 ) STEP 5 Attach Bottom {F) to unit with Dowels, Cam Locks and 2" Round Head Screws. 2" Round Head Screw 1" Round Head Screw STEP 6 Attach 1" Round Head Screws to unit. Attach Feet {} to unit with Dowels and Bolts. Tighten Brits with Hex Wrench.
( Assembly Instructions 5/10 ) STEP 7 Turn unit over to its’ upright position. Attach Top {A} to unit with Cam Locks and 1" Round Head Screws. Note: A Philips screwdriver 5" or less in length is recommended. Level unit by adjusting the adjustable levelers on bottom of unit. {See Figure 2} Note: Unit must be level to proceed.
( Assembly Instructions 6/10 ) IMPORTANT = To help reduce the risk of the unit tipping aver, the Tip-over Restraint must be installed following these instructions exactly. STEP 8 Place unit at desired location. Mark wall with pencil just above and in-line with hole in Top (A). {See Figure 3) Move unit. Drill a 3/8" hole in wall 1 1/2” below mark.
( Assembly Instructions 7/10 ) Drawer (J) Attach Drawer Sides {J3), (U4) and Supports (J&) to Drawer Back (J2) with 1 1/4" Flat Head Screws. STEP 10 1144" Fiat Head Screw — 2 Insert Drawer Bottom {(J5} into groove. . pd Attach Drawer Front (J1) to unit with 11/4" Flat Head Screws. Machine Craw STEP 11 Attach Handles with Machine Screws. Note: Drawer assembly is not complete until 3/4” Flat Head Screws are used 'n a later step.
( Assembly Instructions 8/10 ) Drawer (K) STEP 12 Attach Drawer Sides {K3}, (K4) and Supports {J6) to Drawer Back (K2) with 1 1/4" Flat Head Screws. Roller at back Td 1 1/4 Fiat Head Sower STEP 13 11/4" Flat Head Screw —b™. Insert Drawer Bottom {K5) into groove. Attach Drawer Front (K1) to unit with 1 1/4" Flat Head Screws. STEP 14 Attach Handles with Machine Screws. Note: Drawer assembly is not complete until 3/4” Flat Head Screws are used 'n a later step.
( Assembly Instructions 9/10 ) STEP 15 Loosen slightly screws per-installed on back of drawer fronts. STEP 16 ¢ > Insert drawers into unit, then adjust drawer front panels left Va or right and up or down until N drawer gaps lock proportional. = z= STEP 17 Pull each drawer open slowly, then re-tighten screws from Step 15. Make sure drawer front panels do not move and lock drawer front panels into position with 3/4" Flat Head Screws.
