Assembly Instructions 2/6 IMPORTANT Use a soft cloth between these parts and the floor. Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble. Do not tighten all the bolts until each part is properly assembled. The unit must be level to work properly. Use the included adjustable levelers to level. Keep Hex Wrench as the bolts may need to be tightened in the future.

Assembly Instructions 4/6 Head Cap Bolt (short) Spring Washer Flat Washer Short Bolt G H Large Hole Large Hole G STEP 3 Insert Axle (H) into unit. Orientate Wheels (G) so large hole in center of Wheels (G) is to outside of unit, then attach Wheels (G) to unit with Head Cap Bolts (short), Spring Washers and Flat Washers, tightening Head Cap Bolts only halfway. (See Figure 3) Lock Axle (H) in place by inserting Short Bolts into per-drilled holes in unit, then tighten bolts.

Attach Back (D) to unit with Head Cap Bolts (long), Spring Washers, Flat Washers and Plastic Washers, tightening Head Cap Bolts only halfway. (See Figure 6) Tighten all bolts used in Steps 2, 3, 4 and 5. Cover center wheel holes with Caps. Level unit by adjusting the adjustable levelers on bottom of unit.
