Place a Lock Bracket (LB1) into the gap on the door with the Astragal as shown and drill through to the outer edge of the
door using a 1/4 " drill bit. Place the bottom end of the Door Handle (HLB) over the hole and lightly fasten in place using a
1/4" - 20 x 1-1/2" Door Handle Bolt Set (CBS). Visually line up the top of the Door Handle so that it is parallel to the edge
of the door trim and drill through to the hole to the inner edge of the door using a 1/4” drill bit. Fasten the upper part of
the Door Handle in place using a 1/4" - 20 x 1-1/2" Door Handle Bolt Set (CBS).

To attach the doors, center the door on the door jamb 3/8" from the edge
of the jamb stop, mark the hinge screw hole locations on the jamb and
pre-drill starter holes for the hinge screws using a 9/64" drill bit. Finall y,
attach the hinges using #9 x 1/2" Unde rcut Self Tapping, Flat Head
screws (DHS2). Repeat for the other doo r. Do not overtighten screws.

Door Alignment Tips
1. Before you install screws in the Slope Wall Caps (roof/wall line),
you must align the doors. DO NOT install screws unless the doors are
lined up properl y.
2. If you have installed your doors and you are experiencing problems,
as in Figure A, use the following instructions to correct:
To obtain an even vertical gap between the doors, i.e. the doors are touching at the top or the bottom,
gently push the building back and forth, not side to side. To obtain an even horizontal gap between the
doors and the Door Lintel, i.e. the top of one door is higher than the othe r, gently push the shed side to
side. You will notice that the doors shift as you push the building.
3. If you have installed your doors and you are experiencing problems as in Figure B, use the following in-
structions to correct:
In Figure B, the right door does not line up properly with the left door because the bottom of the right
door appears bent inward. To correct this, gently push on the building at the top of the front right corner
(at the point shown in Figure B) until the right door is aligned properl y. If the left door appears bent in-
ward, correct the alignment by pushing on the top left corner of the building.
