Before reconnecting wire connectors, check them to
make sure the covers are not torn or broken, and the
gaps of female terminals are not overly expanded or
loose.

Do
not break the coverings of wire harnesses.
If the covering of a wire harness is broken, either
repair it with electrician’s tape or replace it.
19. Connect wire fixing bands securely to frames in their
designated locations.
When aluminum bands are used, be sure they are
placed
so
their wires are held under the bands’ coated
(insulated) surfaces only.
20.
Attach clamps securely to ensure their wire harnesses
do not come loose.
21.
Do not squeeze wires against the weld or end of a
clamp when
a
weld-on clamp is used.
