FUEL
VALVE
The fuel valve is located between the fuel tank and carburetor. When
the valve lever is in the
ON
position, fuel is allowed to flow from the
fuel tank to the carburetor. Be sure to return the fuel valve lever to the
OFF
position after stopping the engine.

CHOKE KNOB
The choke knob opens and closes the choke valve
in
the carburetor.
Pulling the choke knob
to
the
CLOSED
position enriches the fuel
mixture for starting
a
cold engine.
Pushing the choke knob to the OPEN position provides the correct fuel
mixture for operation after starting, and for restarting a warm engine.
