Default Lock/Unlock Setting Default Lock Setting All doors and the tailgate are preset to lock when your vehicle reaches about 10 mph. Programming the Auto Door Unlock Setting Default Unlock Setting Only the driver’s door is preset to unlock when you shift into Park (P).

Accessing the Multi-Information Display When you start the engine, the MID shows your last active selection from the previous drive cycle. To toggle between the different displays: • Press either Info button for the upper display.

DRIVING POSITION MEMORY SYSTEM (DPMS) Store a driver’s seat and mirror position into memory for each keyless remote. How It Works Each tire valve stem contains a TPMS sensor. Programming DPMS 1. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II). Shift into Park (P). 3. Press the SET button. You will hear a beep. 2.

How It Works How It Works • When you shift into Reverse (R), a real-time image of the area behind your vehicle is shown in the navigation display. • Yellow parking guide lines also appear to help you judge distance. • The rearview display turns off when you shift out of Reverse.

How It Works • Store up to four 20-ounce bottles or six 12-ounce cans. Keep already cold drinks from becoming warm. • Press the COOL BOX button to turn it on or off. A green indicator light appears when the Cool Box is on. Cold air from the air conditioning system flows into and circulates within the box.

Pick-Up button: Answer an incoming call, or go directly to the Phone screen. To keep your eyes on the road and hands on the wheel, use voice commands for hands-free calling, navigation, audio, and climate control. Locate Points of Interest Make Audio Selections Say a command like “Display gas stations” to see gas station icons appear on the map. Say a command like “DISC play track 1” to hear that song on a currently inserted CD.

For other destination options, see your Navigation Manual. Press and release the Talk button before you give a command. 1. Say “Display menu.” Say “Address.” 2. Say “Street,” then say the street name on the next screen. Do not include the direction (N, S, E, W) or type (St., Ave., Blvd., etc.). 4. Say the entire street address number.

Works in cities where a clear FM traffic signal is available. Press and release the Talk button before you give a command. Displaying Traffic Information Say “Display traffic” to view traffic flow and icons.

Press and release the Talk button before you give a command. 1. Press the Pick-Up button to access the Phone screen. If a prompt appears asking to connect to a phone, say “No” and continue to step 2. 2. Say “Phone setup.” 3. Say “Connection.” 6.

Press the Pick-Up button to access the Phone screen. 2. Say the number next to one of the first four entries. For example, “One.” For the complete list of speed dial entries, say “More speed dial.” If an entry has a stored voice tag, say “Dial by voice tag,” followed by the voice tag name and “Dial” from any screen.

Connecting Devices and Playing Audio Files 1. Open the glove box, and pull out the USB adapter cable. 3. Press USB/AUX to begin playing. Record CDs onto your vehicle’s hard disc drive. Songs are automatically recorded once a CD is inserted into the disc slot. Playing HDD Audio Files 1.

PARKING SENSOR SYSTEM Warns you of the proximity between your vehicle and nearby surrounding objects when parking or backing up. How It Works When the system senses an object, an indicator appears on the MID and center display screen and a beep sounds. As you get closer to the object, the beep rate increases.

How It Works A radar sensor on each corner of the rear bumper alerts you when it detects a vehicle in your left or right blind spots.

Airbags do not replace seat belts; they add to the protection offered by seat belts. Airbags can help protect you in some types of collisions, but they do not provide protection in all collisions. Always make sure you and your passengers wear seat belts, and that young children are properly secured in a child seat or booster in the rear seat.
