Tine speed is controlled by adjusting the throttle lever. At maximum throttle position, the tines will rotate at the highest speed.

Allow the used oil to drain completely, and then reinstall the drain plug with a new sealing washer. Tighten the plug securely. Improper disposal of engine oil can be harmful to the environment.
