Before adjusting the handlebar, place the tiller on the firm level
ground to prevent the handle from collapsing accidentally.

To adjust the handlebar height, loosen the handlebar fixing lever,
move the handlebar to a desired position and tighten the lever.
If the handlebar angle adjustment is needed, loosen the handlebar
fixing lever, move the handlebar to a required position and tighten the
lever.
The handlebar can swing within the sweep of 31° from the center to
the right and left each.
