In cold weather and when the engine is cold, pull the choke knob to
the CLOSE position.
Align the mark ‘‘ ’’ on throttle lever with the mark ‘‘ ’’ (START
position) as shown.
Do not use the choke if the engine is warm or the air temperature is
high.
Turn the engine switch to the ON position.
