Auto Choke and Throttle Control System
The ECM (Engine Control Module) controls the choke valve and throttle
automatically.
When starting and warming up the engine, you do not need to operate the
choke lever unless the engine is hard to start using the normal starting
procedure.
iAVR (Intelligent Auto Voltage Regulator)
This generator is equipped with an intelligent, automatic voltage regulator. The
iAVR provides power in excess of the maximum rating for up to ten seconds to
start appliances that require high startup current.
The total amount of power available for each generator model is:
EM5000SX 7,000 watts for up to 10 seconds
EM6500SX 7,000 watts for up to 10 seconds
