-Water resistant pigmented leather upper,
-Eyelet fastening
-Full lenght insock, antistatic, antibactérial.
Toe cap:
- Protective toe cap, steel, epoxy treatment, 200 Joules
Sole:
- Polyurethane double density : PU 2D PLUS
- Excellent anti-skid properties.
- Adherence coeff.> 0.15
- Inserted padding density 0,50 : optimal comfort.
- Energy Absorption Capacity > 20 joules.
- Usury layer density : 1.
- Resistance to high abrasion.
- Loss in volume < 50 mm3 (under charge of 0,5 kg).
- Strain to rupture : 650 %.
- Resistance to increasing repetitive flexions > 60.000.
( MATTIA flexometer test).
- Resistance to hydrocarbons : ( 22 hour test)
* oil ASTM N°1 swelling < 0,5 %
* isoctane-toluene (70/30) swelling < 4 %
- Behavior to heat : satisfying under 100°C.
- Behavior to acids and bases : limited to low concentrations.
