7. When the file is being transferred, the selected device reads “Sending”.

Making the Terminal Discoverable

By default, the Dolphin terminal is not discoverable, which means that the terminal will not be found by

ther Bluetooth devices.

1. To make the terminal discoverable, tap > Settings > Bluetooth .

Note: If you are in the Dolphin Wireless Manager, tap Menu > Bluetooth Settings.

2. Tap Mode on the Horizontal scroll.

3. Select “Make this device visible to other devices” and tap OK.

Enabling the Terminal to Receive Incoming Beams

By default, the 7800 terminal is not configured to receive incoming beams from other devices attemting

ile transfers via the Beam File command. Before initiating a file transfer from another device follow the

steps below to enable Beam reception on your Dolphin terminal.

1. Tap > Settings > Connections > Beam.

2. Select “Receive all incoming beams.”

3. Tap OK.
