3. Circuit Breakers (AC) – Each receptacle is provided with a
2-pole, 14 amp circuit breaker to protect the generator against
electrical overload.
4. Air Filter – Filters intake air as it is drawn into the engine.
5. Choke Lever – Used when starting a cold engine.
6. Fuel Tank – Tank holds 2.9 U.S. gallons of fuel.
7. Grounding Lug – Ground the generator to an approved earth
ground here. See "Grounding the Generator" for details.
8. On/OFF Switch – Controls the operation of the generator.
9. Muffler – Quiets the engine.
10. Handles – Pivot and retract for storage.
11. Gas Cap – Fuel fill location.
12. Fuel Gauge – Shows fuel level in tank.
13. Oil Check/Fill – Check and fill oil here.
14. Recoil Starter – Use to start engine manually.
15. Fuel Shut Off – Valve between fuel tank and carburetor.
16. Oil Drain Plug – Used to drain engine oil.
17. Spark Arrestor – Reduces fire hazard by containing sparks.
