PRODUCT WARRANTY FOR US MARKET ONLY
This warranty does not apply if it is not accompanied by the invoice of purchase of the product. Read the User
Manual carefully before installing or using this product.

you may contact us by email by writing to service@jmana.us
Before contacting us, please make sure you have at hand the following information because it will be require by
the Costumer Service Department. If contacting us by email, please provide the same information:
• Model Number (you may find this on the rating label of the unit)
• Product Serial Number (you may find this on the rating label of the unit)
• Purchase invoice (name of distributor, purchase date and invoice number)
LIMITED WARRANTY:
Your HONEYWELL product has been manufactured, tested and inspected under the strictest quality standards.
This product is guaranteed against defects in manufacture and workmanship.
JMA North America guarantees this product from the date of purchase for the period of:
• One (1) year for Evaporative Air Coolers.
• One (1) year for Portables Air Conditioning.
• One (1) year for Electrical Accessories.
For the periods mentioned above from the date of purchase by the original owner JMA NORTH AMERICA will, at
its option, repair or replace any part of the product which proves to be defective in material or workmanship under
normal use. During this period JMA NORTH AMERICA will provide all parts and labor necessary to correct such
defects free of charge, as long as the product has been installed and operated in accordance with the User
Manual.
LIMITED EXTENDED WARRANTY:
For the period of 4 Years from the date of original purchase JMA NORTH AMERICA will provide a
replacement free of charge on the following parts of Portables Air Conditioning due to a failure: Compressor. How-
ever, you are responsible for the service labor and freight charges. Cost to move the product to the service shop
and back to the user’s home, as may be required, are the user’s responsibility.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
(1) Misuse or failure to comply with the instructions referred to in the User Manual.
(2) Disassemble, repair or alteration of the product by people, workshops or service companies not authorized by
JMA NORTH AMERICA.
(3) Any replacement part not acquired at a service company authorized by JMA NORTH AMERICA.
(4) Replacement of house fuses or resetting circuit breakers.
(5) Parts and labor costs for the following will not be consider as warranty: inner door panels, door shelves, door
rails, door supports, light bulbs, plastic housing, plastic cabinet liners, punctured compressor or compressor
pipes.
(6) Incidental of consequential damages.
(7) Defects involved in material or workmanship such as customer education, door reversal or proper installation.
(8) External problems such as abuse, misuse, inadequate electrical power, accidents, fires, floods or acts of God.
(9) Failure or the product if it is used for other than its intended purpose.
(10) This warranty does not apply outside the continental U.S.A.
This warranty will only be valid if it’s accompanied by the correspondent invoice of purchase.
