Will a Honeywell whole-house humidifier work in your home?
• Yes, if you have access to the following:
- Heating duct work
- Water supply
- 120V power source
- Floor drain or other drainage method (HE120 does not require this access)
How do Honeywell whole-house humidifiers work?
• Honeywell’s whole-house humidifiers are integrated with your heating and
air conditioning system. They use the warm air from your furnace and
water from your home to distribute moisture throughout your home.
What are the benefits of whole-house humidification?
• Requires less maintenance and cleaning than portable units
• Offers energy savings, because moist air feels warmer than dry air, allowing
the thermostat to be turned down a few degrees
• Replenishes moisture throughout the home to make it more comfortable
• Protects wood floors and furnishings from drying and cracking
