Configuring to Hear Audio from the PC
At the PC end, speak through the microphone or the pickup. Then you can get the audio from
the speaker or earphone from the NVR.

Hard Disk Drive Installation
CAUTION Disconnect power if your NVR is connected to a power
source.
Note The images in this section are for reference only. Your hard disk drive might be
different from the one shown.
Hard Disk Drive Recommendations
• See Compatible SATA HDD on page 219 for a list of recommended Hard Disk Drive (HDD)
brands and models.
• Please use a HDD of 7200 rpm or higher.
• Do not use a PC HDD.

1. Loosen the screws on the upper cover and side panel of the NVR.
