Once the IDMap address range has been initialized with any parameter ID number, the param-
eter value can be read and written in the IDMap Read/Write address range address IDMap ad-
dress + 100.
If the IDMap table has not been initialized, all fields show the index '0'. If the it has been initial-
ized, the parameter ID's included in it are stored in the flash memory of the OPT-CI board.
