As you open the carton, make sure the following is inside:

 Hose
 Crevice tool
 Brush
 Upholstery tool
 Wands (2)
 Shoulder strap
Some of these items are packed inside the tank. If parts are missing, contact our
Customer Service Department. Do not return your vacuum to the store you purchased it
from.
