AS DRAWN, ACTUATOR OPENS DAMPER TO CW ROTATION.
TO OPEN DAMPER TO CCW, REVERSE CCW AND CW
CONNECTIONS AT ACTUATOR. THIS ALSO CAUSES
ALARM CONDITION TO DRIVE ACTUATOR TO FULLY CW.
