GENERAL
The TP972A Pneumatic Thermostat is a two-temperature,
two-pipe, proportioning thermostat used to control
pneumatic valve and damper actuators in pneumatic HVAC
control systems.
FEATURES
• Two bimetal elements, one for direct-acting heating
cycle and the other for reverse-acting cooling cycle
• Adjustable throttling range
• Automatic changeover from main line pressure
changes
• Indicating spiral bimetal thermometer
• Individual concealed setpoint knobs for each bimetal
element, preventing unauthorized changes
• Self-sealing branch line gage tap
• Noncorrosive air passages
• Glass filled Delrin backplate acts as thermal insulator
to reduce cold wall effect
• Air filter
