• Put the unit in “Hold”
mode
• Remove the electrode
from the process.
• Rinse the electrode
thoroughly with distilled or
de-ionized water
8 Calibrating the pH Offset
Press
Enter
Follow the prompts at the top
and bottom of the screen.
“Place probe in Buffer 1”
The display will show the pH of
the buffer 1 solution as
measured by the electrode
system.
The reading will be automatically
adjusted to match the known pH
value stored in the UDA2182
memory.
“Press Enter when stable”

Once the reading is stable

“Buffer 1 stability check”
Use
to change the value of
the Buffer.
“Up/Down changes Buffer”

The display will show the pH of
the buffer 2 solution as

memory.
