maximum time duration of a defrost cycle.
Check the heat pump documentation for
the defrost cycle time.
Note: The diagnostic algorithm detects
when the system goes into defrost based
on the measured Delta T of the system.
When the thermostat detects this change in
temperature, the thermostat will not
compare Delta T to the Minimum and
Maximum Delta T Fault Limits. After the
defrost cycle has ended, the thermostat will
resume monitoring Delta T of the system.
