mode, then it will be color image at night, but the IR
light will be on if the ambient light is not bright enough.
2 Ways to avoid the IR light:
1. Make the ambient light bright enough and the light
sensor could turn off IR led.
2. Stick opaque black material on the glass to hide the
IR light.
Q: Could I mount it behind window glass?
A: It is not recommended, window glass could reflect IR
light at night which will ruin the image completely.
