State Off Meaning: No power connected. Orange Flashing Power on, no bluetooth connection. Device Green Solid Power on, Bluetooth connected. Red Flashing Power on, Bluetooth connected. The LED on my hand Hand controller controller does not light up when i turn it on. Powerbase- Binding LED State Meaning: Off No controller connected Green Flashing Channel is in binding mode. Green Solid Channel is connected to a Controller. State Meaning: Off Power off or controller in Sleep mode.
