SUP0778-01 03 DEC 2004 Color Touch OCS

The Ferrite should be installed

as shown with one loop and as

close to the OCS unit as practical.

Ground wire to

frame (Earth) ground.

Note:

A Ferrite is provided in the box with all Color Touch OCS units. It is required for all

OCS3xx units for CE compliance. It is recommended for all Color OCS installations to gain

maximum noise immunity.

Also included are two (2) 121 ohm resistors for terminating each end of the CAN network. See

the Color OCS Hardware Manual (MAN0465) for more information.
