Preparation of installation tools: Drill 6mm glass drill 6mm triangle drill Rags Brush Wiring Board Digital gradienter
Step 1: Double check size 1. Confirm the location of the shower door. 2. Use a laser rangefinder or tape measure to re-check size on site Top, middle, and bottom widths are the same as the outside package label of the shower door, If right goes to the next installation step.
Step 2: Measure the levelness of shower base (shower base mounting ) 1. Use digital display level ruler to measure the levelness of stone. 2. Find the deviation data if out-of-level.
Step 2: Measure the levelness of mounting surface (floor mounting) 1. Use digital display level ruler to measure the levelness of floor. 2.Find the deviation data if out-of-level.
Step 3: Unpack the shower door and take photos 1. Unpack and check if the glass broken and take photos. 2. Carefully check if hardware accessories have any missing parts and take photos.
Step 4: Caulking silicone to install bottom rail (shower base installation ) 1.Apply silicone to rail bottom before placing. 2. Suggested distance to edge shown in CAD drawing for different width base.
Step 4: Caulking silicone to install bottom rail (floor installation) 1. Apply silicone to rail bottom before placing. 2. Self-defined bottom profile outer edge installation position according to bathroom layout.
Step 5: Install the side guiders 1. Prepare the side guiders parts * 2. 2. Install two sides guiders at both ends of bottom rail.
Step 6: Install wall profiles 1. Prepare the wall profile * 2. 2. Insert wall profiles into bottom side guiders.
Step 7: Mark and drill holes for wall profiles 1.Use a laser leveler to measure till vertical then mark holes. 2.Confirm whether the ceramic tile material, could uses glass drill before drilling. Place cloth on both ends of the stone base before punching. 3. Use a 6mm glass drill and a triangle drill to drill the wall profiles holes in a staggered way.
Step 8: Lock the wall profiles Use the wall screws to lock the wall profiles.
Round hole upwards Step 9: Install anti-collision parts 1、Prepare the anti-collision parts * 12. 2. Put 3 groups of anti-collision parts into the left/right wall profiles (6 groups of anti-collision parts for single wall profile).
Step 10: Lift the glass into shower Move the two sliding glass doors into the shower room.
Step 11: Install the top rail end caps 1. Prepare the top rail end caps * 2. 2. The end covers is clamped into the ends on both sides of the top rail.
Step 12: Install the top rail decorative covers 1. Prepare the top rail decorative covers * 2. 2.Placed on the ends of both sides of the top rail.
Step 13: Loosely-fixed the top rail top cover and end cover Use a screwdriver to loosely fix the top rail decorative cover on both sides to connect with the stainless steel end covers.
Step 14: Install the top rail Cover the top rail into the wall profiles on both sides.
Step 15: Lock the top rail top &end covers Use a screwdriver to lock the top & end covers of the top rail.
Step 16: Install the sliding door pulley outside shower Install the pulley on glass with the allen key.
Step 17: Remove the bottom guiders Unload the middle bottom guiders from rail.
Step 18: Install the outer sliding door Hang outer door panel into outside track of top profile.
Step 19: Apply the lubricant oil Add lubricant oil inside bottom guider.
Step 20: Reinstall the bottom guider Use cross screwdriver to re-install bottom guider.
Step 21: Check the concentricity of the door One side of the gap level with bottom rail Observe the gap between outer sliding door and bottom rail. (If the gap on either side of the door is larger, proves that door not installed horizontally (as shown on the right).
How to adjust the different cores of the external movable door? Scenario 1: There is a larger gap on the left side of the door. loose screws to adjust wall profiles towards inside shower area direction.
How to adjust the different cores of the external movable door? Scenario 2: There is a larger gap on the right side of the door. loose screws to adjust wall profiles towards inside showe area direction.
Step 22: Install the inner sliding door pulley Use alley key to install the pulley on the glass.
Step 23: Install the inner sliding door Hang inner door panel into inside track of top profile.
Step 24: check the sliding performance after installation 1. Observe whether the sliding door scraped with bottom /side guiders or not? 2.
Common problem adjustment method How to adjust the sliding door scraped with side guiders? Wall profile Adjust position Scrape position Glass scraped with side guiders outer edge. Loose the diagonal line profile screws to move outside shower direction.
Common problem adjustment method How to adjust the door panels sliding performance of tightness degree? Hexagonal allen key to adjust counterclockwise to release glass.
Step 25: Install the anti-collision parts Press the bumper firmly into the slot of wall profiles.
Step 26: Install the handle Control inner gasket not exposed before installation.
Step 27: Check overall effect after installation 1. Stability: rails and wall profiles without shaking, handle locked tightly? 2.Push and pull smoothness: without abnormal sound and easy to slide? 3.Flatness: glass overlapped width consistent from top to bottom? Two handle same installation height? 4.
Step 28: Glass maintenance method reminder Tempered glass 1.Do not use sharp objects hit the glass surface, so as to avoid damage. 2.Do not use corrosive liquid wipe glass surface, so as not to destroy the surface gloss. 3. Do not use rough materials to clean the glass surface to avoid scratches. (not even toothpaste) ☆Proper maintenance: wet the soft cloth or sponge with neutral cleaning liquid to wipe and then dry.
Step 29: Profiles maintenance method reminder Aluminum or stainless steel frame maintenance 1.To prevent the profile from direct sunlight and exposure because resin materials and color-based powder will occur photosensitive reaction, resulting in spray coating fade. (except for stainless steel products) 2. Do not wiped with corrosive liquids or materials/rough material including toothpaste /sharp objects to scratch surfaces.
Step 30: Hardware maintenance method reminder Hardware maintenance Clean the rails, pulleys and blocks regularly and add lubricant.
