WARNING
To ensure proper operation of equipment, it is recommended that the unit is on for
24 hours prior to the introduction of product.
TROUBLESHOOTING CHART
4.1 Troubleshooting chart
Follow the next steps before requesting warranty service. Failure to do so may result in
service charges for you and may void your warranty:
1)
Refrigerator doesn’t work:
a. Check power supply on, plugged into electrical outlet, power switch on.
b. Check that the ON/OFF switch is in the ON position.

Refrigerator doesn’t reach temperature:
a. Check that the controller doest display any alarm, if it there is an alarm present, call
technical service to receive assistance.
b. Check the temperature setpoint on the controller. The default setpoint is 32°F.
On HDD-1-24 Check the dial position. The default position is 5
c. Check if the compressor is running.
d. Ensure Equipment is placed in a ventilated place and is a minimum of 2 inches from
any other appliance and away from any heat source. The maximum ambient
temperature is 100°F.
e. To ensure proper air flow, product must not be placed higher than the maximum
level mark located on the internal wall of the unit.
f. Check that the gasket is in good condition and door is sealed.
g. Check that the evaporator fan is working.
h. Allow the appliance to cool down prior to loading it with products.

There is water under the refrigerator:
a. Check that the drain pipe is over the pan/check condenser compartment.
c. Check that the cabinet is level.
