Once you’ve removed the center link from the vehicle, compare it to the Hotchkis center link for
properorientation.
SPECIALNOTE:
Weincludenewsteeringtierodturnbucklesforcustomerswithdiscbrakeconversionsthatutilizethe
5/8” inner tie rods with 11/16” outer tie rods.If you have 5/8” inner and outer tie rods
, then you
mayuseyourstocksteeringturnbucklesforthisinstallation.
2 Reinstalling Hotchkis Center link
ReinstalltheHotchkisCenterlinkinthesamemannerasstockremoval.Reuseorpurchasenewcotter
pins for all of the castle nuts.(Available at your local auto parts store).Reinstall all castle nuts and
cotterpinsinthecenterlink.
3 Reinstall Front Sway Bar End Links
Ifyourtruckwasequippedwithafrontswaybar,usethenewendlinksincludedwithyoura‐arms.If
you do not have a front sway bar, you may remove these end links from the arms.We highly
recommendtheuseofswaybarswiththiskit.You
arenowfinishedwiththisinstallation.
