Installation GB Where to put your dryer Place your dryer at a distance from gas ranges, stoves, heaters, or cook tops because flames can damage the appliance. Minimum gap 10mm If you are going to install the appliance under a work counter, be sure to leave a Minimum gaps 10mm space between 15mm the top and any other objects on or above the machine and a 15mm space between the sides and lateral furnishings or walls. This is to ensure proper air circulation.
Warnings ! The appliance has been designed and built according to international safety standards. These warnings are given for safety reasons and must be followed carefully. ● ● ● General safety This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of knowledge if they are given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Warnings GB To minimise the risk of fire in your tumble dryer, the following should be observed: Tumble dry items only if they have been washed with detergent and water, rinsed and been through the spin cycle. It is a fire hazard to dry items that HAVE NOT been washed with water. Do not dry garments that have been treated with chemical products. Do not tumble dry items that have been spotted or soaked with vegetable or cooking oils, this constitutes a fire hazard.
Maintenance and Care Switching off the electricity ! Unplug your dryer when not using it, when cleaning it and during all maintenance operations. Clean the filter after each cycle The filter is an important part of your dryer: it accumulates lint and fluff that is formed while drying. ! Failure to empty the water container may cause the following: - The dryer will stop heating (so the load may still be damp at the end of the drying cycle) (see The Controls).

Press and hold for more than 3 seconds and the dryer reactivates.
The Display The Display has three main functions, each with its corresponding button. GB Dryness Sensing Levels After selecting a programme that has a Sensor Dry option, press and release the button until the required dryness sensing level is displayed. If the sensing option is not available with your selected programme, the display will flash and the buzzer will beep three times. ! Some sensing programmes do not have all seven dryness level options available.
Start and Programmes Choosing a programme 8. Set a delay time and other options if necessary. 9. The START/PAUSE light is flashing green: - press the START/PAUSE button to begin. The green light stops flashing. During the drying programme, you can check on your laundry and take out items that are dry while others continue drying. When you close the door again, press the START/PAUSE button in order to resume drying.
Start and Programmes Shirts High heat option This is a programme for shirts made from cotton. It can be used for load sizes up to 3kg (approximately 10 shirts). Medium heat option This is a programme for shirts made from synthetic materials or a mixture of natural and synthetic materials, such as polyester and cotton. It can be used for load sizes up to 3kg (approximately 14 shirts).
Start and Programmes Jeans ● ● ● ● ● ● GB This is a programme for jeans made from denim cotton. Before drying your jeans turn the front pockets inside out. It can be used for load sizes up to 3kg (approximately 4 pairs). Do not mix dark and light coloured items. It can also be used on other garments made from the same material, such as jackets. The duration of this programme will depend on the size of the load and the spin speed used in your washer.

Start and Programmes The Controls Programmes knob ● ! Warning, if after pressing the START/PAUSE button the programme knob position has changed, the new position will NOT change the programme selected. To change a selected programme, press the START/PAUSE button , the light flashes Amber to indicate the programme is paused. Select the new programme and any options required, the light will then flash green. Press the START/PAUSE button again and the new programme will start.
Laundry GB Sorting your laundry Drying times Check symbols on clothing labels to make sure that the articles can be tumble dried. ● Sort laundry by fabric type. ● Empty pockets and check buttons. ● Close zippers and hooks and tie loose belts and strings. ● Wring out each item in order to eliminate as much excess water as possible. ! Do not load dripping wet clothes into the dryer. The table (see below) presents APPROXIMATE drying times in Minutes. Weights refer to dry garments.
Troubleshooting One day your dryer seems not to be working. Before you call your Service Centre (see Service), go through the following troubleshooting suggestions: Problem: Possible causes / Solution: The tumble dryer won’t start. ● GB ● The plug is not plugged into the socket, or not making contact. There has been a power failure. The fuse has blown. Try to plug another appliance into the socket. You are using an extension cord? Try to plug the dryer’s power cord directly into the socket.
Service GB Before calling the Service Centre: ● ● Use the troubleshooting guide to see if you can solve the problem yourself (see Troubleshooting). If not, turn off the dryer and call the Service Centre closest to you. What to tell the Service Centre: name, address and post code. ● telephone number. ● the type of problem. ● the date of purchase. ● the appliance model (Mod.). ● the serial number (S/N). This information can be found on the data label inside the door of the machine.

Affichage L'Affichage offre trois fonctions principales, chacune correspondant à un bouton. F Détection de niveaux de séchage Après avoir sélectionné un programme associé à l'option Détection de niveaux de séchage, appuyez sur le bouton et relâchez-le jusqu'à ce que le détection de niveau de séchage souhaité s'affiche. Si l'option de détection n'est pas disponible avec le programme sélectionné, l'Affichage clignote et l’alarme émet trois bips sonores.

Le témoin vert cesse de clignoter. En cours de programme de séchage, vous pouvez vérifier votre linge et sortir les articles qui sont secs pendant que les autres continuent à sécher.

Option Moyenne température Ce programme est particulièrement adapté aux chemises en synthétique ou en fibres naturelles et synthétiques mélangées, comme le polyester et le coton. Il peut être utilisé pour des charges jusqu'à 3 kg (environ 14 chemises).
Démarrage et Programmes ● Jeans Ce programme est particulièrement adapté aux jeans en denim. Avant de faire sécher vos jeans, retournez les poches avant. Il peut être utilisé pour des charges jusqu'à 3 kg (environ 4 pantalons). Ne mélangez pas les articles de couleur sombre et de couleur claire. Ce programme peut également être utilisé pour d'autre articles du même matériau comme les vestes.

Démarrage et Programmes Les commandes F ● Bouton des PROGRAMMES ! Attention, si après avoir appuyé sur le bouton de DÉPART/PAUSE , la position du bouton des programmes a changé, cette nouvelle position NE changera PAS le programme sélectionné. Pour modifier un programme sélectionné, appuyez sur le boutonDÉPART/PAUSE . Le témoin clignote en orange pour indiquer que le programme est suspendu. Sélectionnez le nouveau programme et les éventuelles options nécessaires. Le témoin clignote alors en vert.
Linge Trier votre linge Temps de séchage Vérifiez les symboles sur les étiquettes des vêtements pour vous assurer que les articles peuvent être passés au sèche-linge. ● Triez votre linge par type de textile. ● Videz les poches et vérifiez les boutons. ● Fermez les fermetures Éclair et les crochets et attachez les ceintures et les cordons. ● Essorez chaque article de manière à éliminer autant d’eau que possible. ! Ne chargez pas de vêtements mouillés qui dégouttent dans le sèche-linge.
Que faire en cas de panne F Votre sèche-linge semble ne pas fonctionner. Avant d’appeler votre Centre de Service d’Entretien (voir Service d’Entretien), passez en revue les suggestions de dépannage suivantes : Problème : Causes possibles / Solution : Le sèche-linge ne démarre pas. ● ● ● ● ● ● ● La fiche n’est pas branchée dans la prise de courant, ou ne fait pas contact. Il y a eu une coupure de courant. Le fusible a sauté. Essayez de brancher un autre appareil dans la prise électrique.
Service Après-Vente Avant d’appeler le Centre de Service Après-Vente : ● ● Utilisez le guide de dépannage pour voir si vous pouvez résoudre le problème vous-même (voir Que faire en cas de panne). Installatie Het plaatsen van de droogautomaat Plaats de droogautomaat op voldoende afstand van uw gasfornuis, kachel, verwarming of gasstel; vlammen kunnen schade toebrengen aan het apparaat.

Waarschuwingen NL Om het risico op brandontwikkeling in uw droogautomaat te minimaliseren, moeten de volgende instructies in acht worden genomen: Droog alleen artikelen in de droogautomaat die gewassen zijn met wasmiddel en water en die vervolgens zijn afgespoeld en gecentrifugeerd. Het drogen van artikelen die NIET met water zijn gewassen kan brandgevaar opleveren. Droog geen kleding die behandeld is met chemische middelen.
Reiniging en onderhoud Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact ! Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact als u het apparaat niet gebruikt, tijdens het schoonmaken ervan en tijdens elk onderhoud. Reinig het pluizenfilter na elk gebruik Het pluizenfilter is een belangrijk onderdeel van uw droger: het verzamelt pluis en stof dat ontstaat tijdens het drogen. Reinig het pluizenfilter daarom na het drogen door hem af te spoelen onder stromend water of met uw stofzuiger.

De display De Display heeft drie hoofdfuncties met elk een bijbehorende knop. NL Sensor Droogteniveaus Druk, nadat u een programma hebt geselecteerd met een optie Sensor Droog, op de knop en laat deze los als het gewenste droogteniveau wordt weergegeven. Als de sensoroptie niet beschikbaar is voor uw geselecteerde programma, knippert de display en piept het alarm drie keer. ! Bepaalde sensorprogramma’s hebben niet alle zeven opties voor droogteniveaus beschikbaar.
Start en programma’s Een programma kiezen 1. Steek de stekker van de droogtrommel in het stopcontact. 2. Sorteer het wasgoed op stofsoort (zie Wasgoed). 3. Doe de deur open en zorg ervoor dat het pluizenfilter schoon is en op zijn plaats zit en dat de waterbak leeg is en op zijn plaats zit (zie Reiniging en Onderhoud). 4. Vul de droogtrommel en zorg ervoor dat er geen wasgoed tussen de deur zit. Sluit de deur. 5. Als er geen lampjes branden: Druk op de toets AAN/UIT 6.
Start en programma’s Hemden Optie Hoge Temperatuur Dit is een programma voor katoenen hemden. Dit programma kan worden gebruikt voor tot 3 kg wasgoed (ongeveer 10 hemden). Gemiddelde temperatuuroptie Dit is een programma voor hemden van synthetisch materiaal of een mengeling van natuurlijke en synthetische materialen, zoals polyester en katoen. Dit programma kan worden gebruikt voor tot 3 kg wasgoed (ongeveer 14 hemden).
Start en programma’s Jeans Dit is een programma voor jeans gemaakt van gekeperd katoen. Plooi de voorste zakken binnenstebuiten alvorens uw jeans te drogen. ● Dit programma kan worden gebruikt voor tot 3 kg wasgoed (ongeveer 4 paar). ● Donkere en lichte kledingstukken niet mengen. ● Dit programma kan ook worden gebruikt voor kledingstukken van hetzelfde materiaal, zoals vesten. ● De duur van dit programma hangt af van de omvang van de lading en de draaisnelheid in uw wasmachine.

Start en programma’s De Bedieningen PROGRAMMA keuzeschakelaar ! Waarschuwing, als de positie van de programma keuzeschakelaar na het indrukken van de START/PAUSE toets is veranderd,verandert de nieuwe positie het geselecteerde programma NIET. U kunt een programmaselectie wijzigen, door de START/PAUSE toets in te drukken, het lampje knippert oranje om aan te geven dat het programma is onderbroken. Selecteer het nieuwe programma en eventuele opties. Het lampje zal groen knipperen.
Wasgoed NL Het wasgoed sorteren Droogtijden • Controleer de droogsymbolen om te zien of de artikelen in de droogtrommel gedroogd kunnen worden. • Sorteer het wasgoed per stofsoort. • Leeg de zakken en controleer de knopen. • Sluit ritsen en haakjes en bind losse riemen en ceinturen vast. • Wring elk artikel uit om zoveel mogelijk water kwijt te raken. ! Doe geen druipnatte kleding in de droogautomaat. De onderstaande tabel geeft een RICHTLIJN van de droogtijden in minuten.
Problemen oplossen Mocht u problemen ondervinden met uw droger controleer dan eerst het volgende voor u de technische dienst belt (zie Technische dienst): Probleem: Mogelijke oorzaken / Oplossing Droger start niet. ● ● De stekker zit niet in het stopcontact of maakt geen contact. Er is een stroomstoring geweest. De stop is gesprongen. Steek de stekker van een ander apparaat in het stopcontact. Gebruikt u een verlengsnoer? Probeer de stekker van de droger rechtstreeks in het stopcontact te steken.
Technische dienst NL Voor u de technische dienst belt: ● ● gebruik de tabel van het onderdeel problemen oplossen om te zien of u het probleem zelf kunt verhelpen (zie Problemen oplossen). Zo niet, zet de droger uit en bel de dichtstbijzijnde technische dienst. Informatie die de technische dienst nodig heeft: uw naam, adres en postcode. ● uw telefoonnummer. ● het soort probleem. ● de datum van aankoop. ● het model van het apparaat (Mod.). ● het serienummer (S/N).
